Okta Device Access (ODA) extends Okta’s identity and access management capabilities to protect data and applications on macOS devices with the same Okta technology that protects access to data and applications in the cloud.

  • Enforce MFA at the login screen with support for online and offline authentication methods
  • Synchronize the local macOS account password with the Okta password and automatically enroll the user in Okta FastPass for seamless app access
  • Allow users on shared macOS devices to create new local accounts simply by using their Okta credentials
