Okta Workforce Identity End User Onboarding: Private

The Okta Workforce Identity End User Onboarding provides guidance for employees of organizations that have decided to deploy Okta as their identity and access management solution. In this course, end users will learn the basics of using Okta for Single Sign-On into the applications they need to access on a daily basis, as well as how to enroll and use multi-factor authentication to prove their identity to Okta. The workshop instructs end users on activating their new accounts, enrolling in multi-factor authenticators such as Okta Verify with FastPass, and navigating the application dashboard. It also details managing your user profile, using the Okta Browser Plugin, and following security best practices for new or lost/stolen devices as well as reporting suspicious activity.
