Review the Options Tab on Workflows Cards

The Options tab enables you to arrange a Workflows Action or Event card so that the information being passed in or out of the card is the information you want in the format you need. 

It can determine the type of record the action will create or, in others, select which application the action will affect. 

The amount of data and any rate limiting enforced by the platform associated with the card can impact load times.
