
Lab: Use Custom API Action (CAPIA) Cards
Use the Custom API Action card if a pre-built Connector doesn’t have the action you need.
If a Connector does not currently provide an action that you are looking to incorporate into one of your flows, you can use the Custom API Action card to create that action yourself.
This hands-on lab uses a custom profile attribute as part of the Okta user profile. If a user is created with a Support role attribute assigned, the user is added as a Help Desk administrator.
